Superintendent – Site/Utility/Civil - Rhode Island/Mass
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Crafting detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocations, and progress reports, including the development and implementation of comprehensive project schedules to meet deadlines.
- Implementing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and orchestrating construction phases to forestall delays and address client needs.
- Vigilantly overseeing field operations to enforce safety regulations, company protocols, and construction codes, fostering a safety-centric environment.
Ideal to have:
- 3 years experience.
- Experience supervising site/civil/utility projects.
- OSHA 30.
- Experience using Trimble GPS System.
